On 6 March 2025 Public Health announced that the publication of the Births and Breastfeeding Profile 2024 would be delayed from its original publication date of 20 March 2025 to 17 April 2025.
On 14 April 2025 Public Health Intelligence announced that the publication of the Births and Breastfeeding profile has been delayed until further notice while data quality issues are addressed.
On 5 June 2025 Public Health Intelligence announced that the Births and Breastfeeding profile 2024 would be published on 3 July 2025.
