Statistics Jersey has published a new Parish-focused report based on the Jersey Children and Young People’s Survey (JCYPS) 2024.

The report is based on responses from pupils in school years 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12, collected in autumn 2024. It provides insight into key aspects of childhood in Jersey, showing results by parish of residence.

This version of the report was developed in response to feedback from government stakeholders, to help Parishes meet their statutory responsibility to give ‘due regard’ to children’s rights when planning and delivering services.

The findings draw on the same dataset as the full JCYPS 2024 report but focus only on questions relevant to Parish work.
