Statistics Jersey have published the latest House Price Index (HPI) report for the third quarter of 2025.

House prices were broadly stable over the year ending Q3 2025, with the average mix-adjusted price essentially unchanged compared with the prices over the year ending the previous quarter.

On a quarterly basis, the average price increased by 1%, with all property types seeing a rise in mean price. Property turnover also picked up, up 26% compared with Q2 2025 and 55% higher than a year earlier, though still below pre-pandemic levels.

The overall level of housing market activity increased, while advertised private sector rents remained broadly unchanged over the year.
