Summary
The Jersey House Price Index tracks how much homes cost across the Island. It shows the average price of:
- 1 and 2 bedroom flats
- 2, 3, and 4 bedroom houses
The index is based on real sale prices, using data from:
- The Public Registry Index and Document Enrolment (PRIDE) database — for freehold and flying freehold properties transacted through the Royal Court
- Revenue Jersey — for share transfer transactions
